I researched what I wanted ahead of time online and knew which sectional couch I wished to purchase. Ti'Aundra Wright at the Ravenna/Green Lake store was super helpful, courteous, so funny, and kind in helping me finalize the order. She was patient with my questions and gave me all the information I needed to ensure a smooth delivery. I love the sectional I purchased. The delivery was also accurate (within the window they gave me), quick, and quality service. The two guys they sent were in and out within twenty minutes. Would definitely recommend.
