We met Mark Skinner at the Spring Fair in Puyallup, he very graciously answered all of our questions regarding the ductless heat pump system that was on display. We were heating our home with a pellet stove (bags of pellets weigh 40 pounds) in the winter and cooling it in the summer with three room air conditioners. We talked things over for 24 hours and decided to get a quote. I contacted Mark and he was at our home in a matter of a couple of days to provide us with a quote, which we signed immediately. He then worked with Tacoma Power to get our home inspection which they required and once the inspection was done and approved had our install scheduled within a week. My husband was very impressed with the installers, as they arrived on time and within four hours we had an operational unit which operates so quietly you have to look to see if it is on. Best investment we have made in a long time! Thank you CSM!!
