I walked into my utility room yesterday afternoon and discovered a pool of water collecting underneath one of my exterior walls.
A call to a thinly staffed Oak Harbor plumbing outfit brought a promise of a visit in over a week so I turned to CPI and they had a technician just finishing a job in Oak Harbor and within 15 minutes he was at our house.
After performing a series of trouble-shooting steps, Eric removed the plywood wall sheeting and discovered ground water coming out of the electrical/cable conduits that ended in the electrical boxes on this wall.
Eric plugged the ends of the conduits with a quick drying/setting mixture and problem solved.
Eric was a pleasure to work with.
