These guys did a courtesy spot-check of my tires for screws, nails, and holes, and them off with air when my BMW threw a random flat-tire code, something BMW's occasionally do. I went in, told them the situation, and their team had me pull up right away to spot-check my tires for any screws, nails, or other damage. After it was confirmed that the code was just a fluke, they topped off my tires with air, and sent me on my way with a very positive impression of their service. They didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need (i.e. a new set of tires), and were very honest. I feel horrible for the droves of people who apparently didn't have the same wonderful experience I had. Perhaps this location just have different crews for different days of the week. I've experienced this at one of the locations I work at (a local ER). While I love everyone I work with, there are a few people on one team that just seem to have a little bit of an edge over others - both with me, and with the patients.

I've been a member for many years. I bought my tires, paid almost $800 and was informed they should last me 60000 miles. That was January 2014. I took my car in for every appoinment, had the tire rotations done religiously based on the warranty requirements. The last time I went in, I was informed the tires are fine, and come back in 6 months. So I did. I made an appointment with a less than friendly staff person and took my car in, only to be told that they would not honor the warranty because the front tires had too much wear. Then they tried to charge me another $550 for a whole new set of for tires. Then I was accused of not coming in for every service based on mileage even though I had made every single one. The manager I spoke with asked for proof. When I asked why why visits were not captured in their system, he said "you tell me" insinuating again that I was lying. Terribly disappointed with the service and the disrespect. I will not encourage anyone to go here if you're thinking about it.
