Talk about feeling lost. We have a budget. We have ideas. We came in excited to start our remodel. One of the reps offers to help. We give him our thoughts and he proceeds to speed through our questions. It was like we were bothering him. Maybe we aren't a huge account, but our time and questions are valid. I will spend my money where they take the time to help with our needs.
