I can't speak for their rental property management division, but I can say that as a Board Member, I have been very satisfied with their Condominium Management division. Martin, their community manager, is genuinely caring, responsive, and fair.
Condominium Management is also very meticulous about record keeping. They also have a reliable vendor network; I know painters but engineering firms? That’s out of my depth. Luckily Condominium Management had some contacts and were able to get someone out immediately to look at some urgent structural issues and recommend fixes.

I just couldn’t stand these 1 star reviews anymore. It’s not fair to Condominium Management and it’s not fair to other communities who are looking for reasonably priced & competent management service.
