Quoted wrong install price. Installer hid a installation error and now won't come and fix it. Had three appointments for him to come fix. No show each time. Spoke to completely floored they don't want to help they just say that his is the installer and I am his client. They basically wiped their hands of you as soon as you order your flooring. Even thought the installer is scheduled thru them they want to tell you it no longer has anything to do with them. You wound be better off finding your own installer. Someone you can trust.
