Closets by Design - Seattle/Tacoma

This is perhaps the worst company I have ever dealth with. My wife tried to make an appointment with their designer. After several cancellations and change of plans, he finally showed up. He showed to be a nice guy that would take care of everything. Once he left we never heard back. We called the company and tried to follow up twice, but still we got empty promises and received no quote! Then I said, let's give them another chance. I called under my name and requested an appointment. I sat at home for the designer and she never showed up. I wrote an email to the person who had set the appointment. After 1 hour, somebody called and proposed to reschedule. I refused because if a company drives you crazy to give you a quote, you should not expect to receive a good service for such a work that perhaps needs a lot of customer service for installation and warranty. The guy on the phone said give us another chance, and I said I am sorry you already had 7 chances and blew them up! Perhaps I should I have not tried again but I did and here is my lessons learnt for you! Good luck!
