I went to the Kent location. The front desk staff was nice. I was called back right away. No one else was there ( I now know why). The MA whispered all her questions and repeated them a few times too perhaps she was new? The provider busted in the room before the MA finished and seemed highly agitated rudely asked the MA if she was done yet, then proceeded to tell her she could finish faster and she could leave. Then she said you’re here for ear pain? (I never got the opportunity to finish saying why I was there.) She looked in my ears told me one was inverted it’s more than likely viral you can get some over the counter Sudafed, and it should clear up. I can send an Rx to your pharmacy if you like. Any questions? HORRIBLE PATIENT CARE! I would NOT recommend this location to anyone. I work in urgent care and I would never treat my patients this way. Indigo urgent care in Tukwila is a better option and has more knowledgeable, professional providers. FYI: 2 months later I received a bill in the mail for $122 dollars. I have double coverage. It makes no sense.
