Chinese Takeout

Not very chinese, the food seems heavily Americanized. People were cool, but the dumplings tasted undercooked and the egg roll looked like it was moldy, but it just had some weird spice stuff on it. Food was very fresh, just spiced really weird. It's pretty expensive, and I'm sure this is someone's cup of tea, but its not my thing at all.
