Chase Bank

This bank will only open an account by appointment- even if you’ve received fliers in the mail. Clearly Chase is wasting their money on mailers....never had a problem with a bank not taking my money (lol!)Somewhat rude as they made me wait at the stand to tell me this for several minutes (they asked me a question, talked over me to another employee and didn’t realize I had been speaking to answer their question and had to repeat myself) - perhaps ageism, most likely poor scheduling of their employees. Particularly disappointed given I have other accounts like mortgage and credit cards with them. I’d recommend Capital One or trying a different location.
