The receptionist, Michelle, has the worst attitude and should probably be required to take a class on Customer Service. I walk in and say, "HI". Waited for a response. Nothing. She just looks at me. She then managed a dry, nasty "How can I help you"? I said, OK....and preceded to let her know I was there for my appointment. She then precedes to ask me about my insurance and so on in this robotic tone. People like this should never be allowed to interact with other human beings. Her attitude was very rude and inappropriate. I heard that the receptionist was horrible here, but I like to find out for myself. Boy did I ever!! You know, when you're already in pain and you're suffering, the last thing you need is to walk into a place, that's supposedly there to help you, and meet someone who makes your whole experience a horrible, distasteful one. This is my second time here, and I was met with the same nasty attitude both times. Charlotte, the MRI Tech, was a ray of sunshine. She made the remainder of my visit very pleasant. Shes a very sweet person. Maybe, you should consider putting Charlotte at the front desk. Anyway, the way Michelle treated me was deplorable. Its a good way to lose customers.
