Finally went for dinner, as I had heard the food was pretty good. Having lived in Smokey Point for over 15 years, The Stump had not always had a stellar reputation. We were greeted promptly, drink orders were quickly served. The menu is simple, which I like.
We had the grilled chicken breast dinner, an the prime rib sandwich. It came hot, and was very well prepared. Plenty of food, we have lunch for tomorrow!! They have daily specials, we look forward to having their 2 prime rib dinners for $17!!
If you have been resistant to try The Stump, don't hesitate.....Run, it's great!!
