Never would have discovered this great place had our car not broke down in a local car wash and CFA was the closest repair shop our insurance company approved of. They did amazing work, and fixed the issue in no time. I'll be returning to this shop, for sure - but hopefully not too soon!

My van's brakes were making one hell of a gnarly sound and it's a Sunday so Seattle and any other garage around were closed, but not Cedar Falls Automotive. I called to double-check and was immediately greeted with absolute professionalism from Michelle, who inquired about my van's issue and even made sure I knew how to find their shop (it's off the beaten path, but it's beautiful). I then met Ken, our mechanic, who took one look at both my front wheels and was able to immediately diagnose the problem. My pads, rotors and callipers were shot and needed to be replaced (he even noticed that my tires were in hellish condition because of an alignment issue that I was not aware of! He recommended that I change my tires immediately and even suggested me to a local tire shop to get them done the following day on top of advising me that I should get an alignment done asap). He performed all the brake replacements in an hour and I was back on the road with brakes that felt as good as new! In regards to cost, Ken and Michelle are extremely honest. They're not out to screw you over. They're there to help. 1000% would recommend them to anyone experiencing auto issues. They've left a lasting impression. Thanks Ken & Michelle!
