Beautiful location on upper South Hill! New manager Mitch came late Fall 2017, completely committed to providing great service. This is my second apt here, my first one on the 3rd floor was a 1 bedroom with a beautiful view of Brown’s Mountain. New 2 bedroom on 1st floor was not in as good condition as the upper one. Seems there is a water problem with the foundation leaking into these lower apartments. Upper management as been notified and hopefully action will be taken to fix the problems. My concerns are that the maintence issues be addressed and fixed promptly. Residents must voice their concerns so this new manager can take them to the owners. Residents have rights, please use them.
