We stopped by to find a new barber for my teen son, we live up the hill less than 5 minutes away. There wasn't availability that day, not a problem and made an appointment for the following Friday 9/29 at 5pm. My son thought Thane seemed cool liked his Nirvana shirt and said he'd be a cool barber he could trust to do his hair. ( He's had some bad experiences) We arrived at 4:53 shop closes at 6 according to Google and Facebook. No one was there, closed and no call or note to inform us they cancelled our appointment. After 5 min I called left a message we waited until 5:15, no one showed up. I called a few more times then left. Never received a return call on Saturday either. (Web and FB say they're open then too) not only has business been lost by my son, but my fiancee, mother, father, brother and his two boys who all live in Milton. Even my sister and her teen kids who live in the valley. Very disappointed in how we were treated and the poor customer service practices by this shop.
