My best friend and I went here to look for a sofa for my new home. I found a sofa I loved but I didn't buy from that Cascade because of the horrible customer service. The saleswoman didn't acknowledge my existence & spoke ONLY to my best friend (I'm guessing because I'm black). My best friend even cut her off at one point and said "I'm not the one purchasing, she is." This woman still didn't acknowledge. I left and went across the street & their customer service was amazing, so they got the sale.
Do better Cascade furniture.
