They were fantastic. We initially had an appointment on a Friday, but the weather was terrible and they had to reschedule. They rescheduled for a Sunday in order to be able to get me in and finished in a short period of time. As my previous gate had blown down in a storm, allowing access into my backyard from the street, I really appreciated that. During the consultation, we went through multiple different scenarios on what kind of fencing would be best for my yard. They had so much patience with me as I wanted to try out all kinds of different options. After I decided, they went ahead and made an appointment for slightly over a week out. Then, they called to move my appointment up to the Friday before my scheduled appointment. The guys on the job met my dog that day, and so made sure that the gate would go close enough to the ground so that my dog couldn't dig out from under it. They also made sure that final board would be easily removed so that if I paved that area, the gate wouldn't drag on the ground. Great customer service all around and the gates have much improved the look of my house. When I have to eventually redo the entire backyard (a job I am totally dreading), I will call them no question.
