Took 2 vehicles in to have upgrades added. Less than satisfied. Had an appointment for 10, chose what items I wanted and gave them the keys, 2 hours later my car had not even been taken in. They quoted 3 hours it took 7. Then my airbag light came on ended up having to leave my car over night. There was a loose wire from them installing the amp under the drivers seat, and I also now have half my dash light out. Found my stereo remote between the seat and console. Never again! We spent over $4 thousand dollars you would think they would do a better job, but no. This is not my first disappointment with cartoys but will be the last. Think long and hard, and check everything they do.
