I recently bought an Infiniti car so I've been on the search for a go-to place to bring it to when it needs work. Well.. given my experience, this is unlikely to be the place. They don't get much business so you're free to bring your car pretty much whenever, but no doubt there's a reason for that.
In my case, I had a very simple job I wanted done and confirmed it multiple times, both over the phone and in person. The person I talked to thought Infiniti was built by Honda, so there's your first warning sign.
The very first thing that happened when I got there was a guy yelling at me for not parking in the right spot.. never had an issue with that before. I had an appointment but they didn't start working on the car until an hour after I got there. But the real kicker was that they never completed the job. They did half of it and then refused to finish it. Yet they still charged me (minus $5). They straight up said it would take too much time. They bickered and argued with me, really strange and unpleasant experience.
I didn't really trust them to do any more work on the car at that point, and they were closing.. so I just took my car and left. The next day I finished the job myself and IT LITERALLY TOOK ME
