Budget Car Rental

Made a reservation two weeks in advance. Showed up to pick up the van and was told the individual who had it before me extended their rental a week. Staff knew this two days in advance, but no notice was given to me! No van for me!! Went down the road to Enterprise where they took care of me in short order. Welcome to the Boycott List, Budget.
