On the sales end there was no nonsense, just an honest exchange. They honored a minor warranty issue without any fuss. It is on the maintenance and mechanical side of their business that I am most impressed. All sorts of small touches that come along with regular services--vacuum and car wash. They've fixed tires and bulbs for my volvo on the house. And they are very hospitable--I look forward to oil changes now just so I can stop by and say hi.
