I agree with you Sunny, customer service definitely need to improve. When I am in the store spending $400+ on a handbag the staff are helpful. Call them back inquiring about a $40 free bracelet they offered to me via voice mail for being a "VIP" customer and have Linda literally laugh in my face saying with attitude "those are not longer available." Well Linda keep your $40 non-offer and I'll keep the $s I would have spent in the store in 2018. If I could return the $1200+ in merchandise I purchased there last year I would - not that I don't love what I bought but only to prove a point Linda - you are working in the customer service world. Well if you are not the store owner perhaps I should say you "used" to work in the customer service world because I for one would not continue to employ you.
