Bradley Park Apartments

Honestly I am just baffled at this place. First off it’s beautiful from the outside. But once you get inside it’s a different story. The floors are laminate so they rip really easy. The maintenance guy care to hook up the water for the ice thing in the freezer and moved our fridge and completely ripped the floor. When he moved the fridge back against the wall ripped it again, so now half our kitchen has rips in the floor, that they just taped down with orange duct tape. Our garage is covered in mold so you can’t even use half of it. We have been here a month and nothing is done about it. One of your parking spots is in your garage and we can’t even park in it so some nights we have to walk completely from the other side of the apartment complex just to get home. There are bubbles in the kitchen floor. We have a two and a three year old, who play all the time. Quiet time is between 10pm-8am and we get noise complaints during the day. You can’t listen to music, and you can’t have your tv past a certain volume or you will get evicted for to much noise. Like I have kids. They are going to scream and play. If I’m cleaning I want to listen to music and you can’t. Like it has to be so quiet that you can’t hear of from the living room to your bedroom. And all the office says is “be respectful” like okay it’s two in the afternoon. It’s not quiet time, they just don’t care. I wish they did a month to month instead of a year because we want to leave already. It’s sad when you pay 1600$ in rent and you don’t even feel comfortable in your own home.
