Don't be discouraged by the old reviews. The new ownership of this franchise is making the difference. I scheduled an event for March, which ended up being canceled when the weather got unpredictable. The communication was VERY good leading up to the event and the notice to cancel went smoothly. Canceling at the last minute results in a raincheck for a future party. It's a tough policy, but it is clearly disclosed from the beginning. Best selection of inflatables, and improved customer service. I'm calling them again when I'm ready.
