Bothell Everett Kids Dentistry

My 6 year old daughter developed a cavity, identified by a X-ray. The dentist wanted to wait and observe the cavity because it was small before doing anything. 6 months later, even after asking about it and no X-rays, they still wanted to do nothing. The cavity was now visible to ME, but they felt it was still very small. They stressed flossing so the cavity wouldn’t grow. Fast forward ANOTHER 6 months, they were now ready to address the cavity and had us come in for a filling and then without any warning, while she was in the chair ready for her filling, sprung it in us “oh, she needs a baby root canal”. So, a cavity that arose over a year ago that could have been addressed more than once now resulted in a root canal and my daughter now has a silver molar. The worst was that when I had an opportunity to address all my concerns after the fact, he contradicted himself right and left and then implied that it was because we didn’t floss well enough. (We floss at minimum 5 days a week). I would stay as far away from this dentist as you possibly can!

Dr. Yoon is just amazing with kids! Both my little girls actually enjoy going to the dentist. Very kid-friendly environment with lots of things to keep them entertained. The doctor and staff are wonderful. We've only had positive experiences during the past couple of years we have been visiting this clinic and always recommend them to family and friends with kids!
