BLUE TEAM HOME SERVICES

I had to make an hour drive to meet them at our old apartment for a moveout cleaning. It was an hour after our meeting window before I got a call saying their machine was down and they had to take it to the mechanic. I was skeptical that they only had one machine but they assured me that they would call and update me. Nothing all day. That evening I called and left a message saying I was still wanting their services and still needed my carpet cleaned. I still haven't heard from them and ended up having to find a new company. Horrible professionalism and even worse communication.
