called the day after christmas. they managed to make time to come clean our carpets. the guy showed up at the begining for the window of time, that they gave us. it only took him about an hour and a few minutes. he was polite, and professional. we will deffinetly be calling them again if we need the carpets done again. they left the carpets very clean and lemony fresh.
