Blade Chevrolet & RVs

This was going to be an iffy review... But before I wrote it, I decided to contact Doug @ Blade Chevy and tell him my issues in hopes that it could be made right. Boy did it ever! First, my experience with Genny Korvin, our sales rep, was wonderful. She was knowledgeable and truthful in the pros and cons of the vehicle we were looking to purchase. She had an excellent sense of humor and urgency, without being pushy. We also had a great experience with the service department and with Jason in particular. Such lovely people. My original complaint was that, only a couple of weeks after purchasing our 2016 rig, we had to bring it in for service because of a sound it was making in the wheels. Turned out that there was a fault in the tire that was potentially dangerous and would involve needing to replace all four tires. I was upset that we *just* purchased this rig, it was so new that we didn't even have license plates on it, yet we had to fork over a pretty penny for these tires. So, I voiced these concerns and in less than 30 minutes from my initial email to receiving a phone call from a manager, they had refunded the ENTIRE AMOUNT of the set of tires for my vehicle. "We have been in business for over 100 years," the manager told me, "We insist on making things right whenever we can." I went from "never going to shop here again" to "this is my new car place" with that one gesture. So shop here. Love the lower tax rate. Enjoy the staff. And if you have an issue, communicate it to them, because they want to make it right when they can!
