Don't buy or rent here unless you are rich. They have raised my pad fee and water/garbage /sewer by almost $200.00 in 3 years. Between 2014 and 2017.
They don't do much in repair out here and the roads have pot holes, and place is infested with ants. They have attitude of like it or leave. Plus, they are moving in lots of kids who run day and night yelling and screaming, with parent barely checking them.
Plus everything Carol Donovan said is true, and she DIDN'T LOSE the CASE. She moved and the Asst. Attorney General issued a letter to Carol and BBResort, stating be a use she moved they would not make decision for or against the case. It's on the internet.
So you can see reply manager made is untrue, and if you read the other replies made here by the manager, you will agree management is horrible and nasty. If you want a peaceful and normal life- pass this place by. No one but the manager was happy to see her go. This is how they talk. Total disrespect.
