After being totally ripped off by Sears repair service, to the tune of $200 with no resolution to the problem, I called Bob's Appliance Repair. Once again, it was proved that avoiding the "biggies" is the optimal way to get a problem solved.
Bob was here for a total of 30 minutes (keeping the labor charge to the minimum), replaced two parts at a considerably lower price than that provided by Sears and had my frig up and running perfectly.
So next time your appliance(s) go on the fritz, go local and call Bob's!!!
