This Big 5 is really a hit or miss experience depending on who's working. I've had experiences with good employees who were helpful and engaging but also had employees who didn't help whatsoever unless asked 2 or 3 times. I don't shop at Big 5 often but there have been some good employees which I can't remember the names of and a couple of people I know personally who were helpful and I know first hand are good people. My most recent experience was an uninviting customer service clerk named Tonya who had an attitude with every customer there. A man helped me get the shoes I was looking for but I went up to him for help no real engagement from him to me. Let's put it this way if you go to this Big 5 KNOW what you're looking for before you go if you don't you won't get much help.
