Lack of adequate refrigeration is the biggest drawback here and prices aren't great but they do have items that can't be found at grocery stores. I would offer up 4 starts if they added refrigeration to keep beers cold. This isn't a problem but when some hoppy beers are aged to long without refrigeration this is a big issue.
