Best Western Plus Seattle/Federal Way

The conference room was comfortable and big. The location is great. The only negative is that there were curtains stapled to the wall above the window and it looked very tacky.

Drove up to Federal Way for work from Salem, when I pulled in to the parking lot there were a bunch of semis in the parking lot (which doesn't matter) but there was also a crackhead van in the parking lot with people all around it. That was a little unsettling. Looks like maybe they live in it. I get inside and was not greeted, I get to the counter and the girl looked as if I had just ruined her day. Not friendly what so ever. She acted like she was super annoyed that I was there. Now when I travel for work, my company takes care of everything (room cost, incedintals, everything) she asked for my card and I told her it just goes on the company card. She got an attitude and fought with me about it , so I just gave her my card. She ended up charging my whole stay to my card which cost over $900.. Anyways, she shouts my room number out for other people to hear, and slammed my card down on the counter. I grabbed my stuff and went to my room. I walk into my room and my bed was on the FLOOR!! It smelt horribly of urine and the carpet was stained. I went back to the front and told her about it. She seemed irritated once again and offered another room. I took it. Went to that room, carpet was completely stained and it smelt of urine again. I was finally fed up. I called my manager and she told me to not stay there. I went down and told the gal I wasn't staying there and my company would be calling in the morning and she responds with "that's just wonderful, thanks" I do not recommend this hotel. I'm disappointed, I usually enjoy staying at best westerns.
