BEWARE!!! Dr. David Benson of Eye Physicians of Lakewood is very sheisty. They conduct unethical billing practices. Do not trust them at all. They sent a bill to me from a visit from last year (2015); at the time that I made the appointment, they had told me they accept my form of insurance. A year later, I get a bill stating that they don't accept that insurance. Interesting to learn THAT a year later, especially since I had SPECIFICALLY called around Tacoma looking for an eye doctor who took my insurance. So now I'm getting billed for their mistake. Wow. And when I tried to talk to their billing person about it she was completely unreasonable; when I said that I would share my experience with everyone, she hung up on me. Horrible. If I could give NO STARS I would.
