Terrible! I went in with my Medicare complete card and was told they don't take HMO's.... although when I made the appt. and told them I had Medicare nothing was mentioned to me about that. They told me if I were to see the dr. then I would be responsible for out of pocket expenses as it states on a sign in the office.... since I was a new patient, how would I have seen the sign? Anyway, lousy experience and I guess they want more money for their services. Will find another well qualified dermatologist who does take HMO"s... great medical system we have, huh?
