Very irritated after picking my car up. Based on THEIR screw up, I had to return car for "1/2 day of work." I scheduled this way ahead, and left it for 1.5 days - set up complicated logistics with car to airport so I could leave it. After wasting several additional hours of MY time with 2 trips back (taking it back to figure out what they did - where they almost tried to say they didn't cause the problem, which was OBVIOUSLY associated with the repair, AND btw, they broke something that was fine). I arrived (after being called that it was ready, and then calling again to make sure). I get there and they are STILL diddling around with it - and they didn't even wash it. That really ripped it for me. You screw up- and I have to waste hours of my time and deal with logistics to get it back to you - and you don't go above and beyond! nothing??? jeez
