I wanted so bad to like this place. I had an amazing haircut the first time I went! The second time was probably the worst cut and color I've had since I made the mistake years ago, to go to a school. It couldn't even be mistaken for "miscommunication"...it was uneven, the color is blotchy and I now have to go to another salon and spend upto $300 for color correction. So bummed! They had good customer service, I went back and they tried to fix it, made it worse, I ended up getting my money back, which I'm very thankful for but there's not a lot I can do except wait for it to grow...:-/
