The Employees here are always snooty, every time I go in this store I feel like I am not welcome here. Never do they greet you as you come in and they never ask if they see you looking around if there is something they can help you find. This last trip in, I found something I knew my husband would love and I had at this time a 20% off coupon, unfortunately, the only one they had was broken ? cracked, so I asked the store customer service if they would discount it above the 20% off and she said no, that because it is broken she is only allowed to offer discount of 10%. Didn't make any sense to me but in the end I only got the 10% off a broken item when I had a 20% off coupon? Strange math there! for the good of this though I was able to glue the item at home and make it look new again and the husband was happy with it!
