BECU

edit: I still have not received a notice from the person who replies to everyone else that this has been read and shared with the manager over on Yelp so I'm sharing it here too! I love BECU overall but my one complaint is that I have been asking to speak with the branch manager for months now and the girl always standing at the front (who conveniently is always "out of business cards"), Meghan I think she's called, keeps telling me she is "a manager as well" and she'll let the branch manager know "when she gets back"... Does this branch manager exist or are they always on vacation? I don't know what the case is but it doesn't seem right. Don't waste your time talking to her if you can help it, she doesn't ever help with anything despite being the "branch manager's manager" as she likes to call herself even though she can't even print me a debit card without a fuss or trying to push you onto one of the bankers. What exactly does she even do at BECU?? With that said, branch manager please know that I came here to give 5 stars to the banker Travis B. He is always great to work with and quick with getting solutions. He never argues with me like the manager girl does and he is one of the only bankers there that will actually engage with members! He is always worth waiting to work with. I have been trying to tell the manager this for months, but the branch manager is always gone and the "branch manager's manager" always seems to disregard everyone she talks to (except when her friends come to visit her - at work, mind you- and she is too busy jabbering on) She is too nasty and rude to her bankers for me to believe she is sharing with anyone who can give this young man the thanks he deserves. I do hope that this can be forwarded on to the "real" branch manager, as I see the owner has responded to a lot of other reviews. I hope for great things to come for Travis, as this institution really needs great workers like him to Want to keep working there; as so many other bankers seem very burnt out. Thank you Travis B!
