Batteries Plus Bulbs

I ordered online for pickup at the store. I printed out the order number. I received both a text and a phone call telling me that the battery was available to pick up at the store. My wife drove to the store and showed the order confirmation with the order number. The person at the store asked my wife for the battery code number. She showed him the order number. He was too lazy to look it up and then proceeded to berate my wife - saying that she should not make his job more difficult by not knowing what the battery part number is - even though it is detailed in the printed order confirmation that she showed him. My wife called me to get the battery part number and the person at the store told her "You didn't have to call him!" This is immediately after he told her that it would make his job easier if she could give him the part number. Which is totally retarded because there is no way that a competent person would hand over a product to a customer without verifying that it was the correct product at the correct price. This store needs to hire employees that have an IQ greater than the number of rungs on a step ladder.
