Absolutely no level of customer service at this location. Received a runny milkshake that was left on the machine for 3 minutes. I explained I did not like the milk shake and asked for a remake and was informed by the manager Andy that they never remake or refund anything. The store owner Kara also confirmed this, and strongly believes the customer should pay for the item regardless of their satisfaction because "It costs the store money for the ingredients."
