Bartell Drugs Redmond Town Center

If I could give a negative value I would. A problem from the start began with transferring my prescriptions from Bellevue to Redmond. Simple right? Apparently not for this pharmacy. They have botched nearly every refill to the point where I have missed meds. The counter assistant in the pharmacy, a young man, is rude every time I have encountered him. He has cut me off mid sentence, he has emptied the garbage while he told me to wait. This Monday, I called the manager, I had enough. Another botched prescription pick up. The manager says he will fill my birth control immediately and thank you for the feedback. I go in today to get my birth control. Guess what? They don't have it. Won't have it. Unless of course I want to pay $31. Incredible. Not even the manager could follow through with a phone call to let me know? My insurance no longer covers them. Thank goodness. Awful experience and I can't stress that enough.
