Barry Glenn - State Farm Insurance Agent

I had my car insurance with this agent for one year. I really don't like their service. Every time my insurance card expired, I have to contact them. They've never sent me the renewed cards in advance. I had to ask at least three times to fix my wrong address and telephone numbers. Until I canceled my policy, amazingly they didn't update the wrong address. The worst thing is that after I canceled my policy, I figured that my name is associated with a total stranger because of their mistake. According to the record, I am a family member or associated person of the stranger and involved in a car accident of the stranger. I wasn't able to get a detailed information regarding the accident, but it was about a theft or vandalism. I am a single and living alone. That means there is no husband. I did not have any boyfriend during the time I had my car insurance with them. I've never let anyone else drive my car in my life. I am a sincere law-abiding citizen. Since my name is very common, they have confused me with someone else whose name is the same with me in several times before and I think this mistake happen because of their carelessness. I am really pissed off because of their awful service and please don't work with them.
