Customer service is non existent. 5 checking accounts, 5 Bank of America Visa cards.....stil zero custimer service. They put a hold on the business account because they wanted to ask us if we did foreign transactions. Not because we didnt have enough money if the account, because they couldn't pick up a phone and call the business. That is a very lazy business practice. Y iu can agine the problems this has caused. Been with this bank for 32 years with no problems from our side on Any of these accounts and they pull this stunt. They are also unwilling to refund any service chatges that they caused BYE BYE BANK OF UNAMERICAN!
