I've used Ball Plumbing twice in the last few months and both experiences were great. The first issue had to do with roots encroaching in the drain line causing everything to back up. I should mention that the house is a rental. I called Ball, and Robert headed to the property the same day, even though I called him late in the afternoon. He identified the problem and was able to fix the issue the next day. He was very upfront with different solutions and costing. The second time I called him was just the other day. I am turning the house over to new tenants. The old tenants had tried to fix a clogged drain and instead made it worse. Again Robert to the rescue on the same day with fair pricing and quality repairs. I highly recommend Ball Plumbing.
