Baby Diaper Service

I love BDS! We've been using them since the day our daughter came home from the hospital. Their customer service is bar none. Any time there has been an issue (I forgot to leave diapers out, they left them at the wrong door, etc) the owner, Carolyn, has been wonderful in resolving the issue. Easy to use service -- call or email to set up, set out dirty diapers and magically clean ones are there. I do wish they would have online account access where I could log in and see bill due date, amount, etc. But as someone else pointed out they are "old school" in their style. I've emailed with Bill in billing with questions and have always received prompt friendly replies. I *highly* recommend this service to anyone looking to cloth diaper in the greater Seattle area.
