Avis Car Rental

I attempted to pick up a reservation Friday night into Saturday morning, to find out that everyone's reserved vehicles had been given away to other people. The only vehicle that was remaining when I reached the preferred counter was a 15 passenger van. I was very annoyed with what had happened, but David was very accommodating and a consummate professional. I was very impressed with his customer service and attitude, even after being yelled at by multiple customers for an issue that he was not personally responsible for. I took the van, and David told me that I could exchange the vehicle on Saturday. David called me on Saturday to let me know that they received back a lot of vehicles and I could stop by and exchange my rental. I had no issue exchanging the van for something else when I returned. This is a 5 star review solely due to the customer service provided by David. I'm disappointed that Avis rented cars that had been previously reserved, but David's dedication to customer service will bring me back to this location.
