Avignon Townhomes

Great place to live. Units are clean, the grounds are maintained well, very kid friendly and great amenities: a hop skip and a jump to the Sammamish Trail, close to Bella Bottega (includes a grocery store, Starbucks, a pharmacy, restaurants and a movie theatre). It’s also in a good school district. A nice bonus is the pool which is open 4 months of the year!

Felt so welcomed during our move in and have everything that we need to get started at Avignon - thank you! The emails to prep us are fantastic and the Gables platform has all the information we are wondering about. If we can't find it, Shayla has been very helpful. Glad to be here! Maintenance staff is prompt and responsive for all our needs.
