Avalon Kirkland at Carillon Point

We toured at least 13 other apartment communities before deciding to make the decision to stay with Avalon. The whole process has been an absolute pleasure. The leasing agent, Farideh, is kind and helpful. She was always available to answer questions and even after moving in, she checked up on us to make sure that we were good and didn't have any problems. The maintenance team, consisting of Hakim and the guys, have been absolutely top-notch! They answer maintenance requests readily and are really professional. We really feel at home here. It's a quiet and beautiful community and we hope to stay here for a long time.
